Baileys Irish Cream McGuinness Creme de Menthe Stolichnaya vodka
Top with whipped skim milk.
It's what we usually have when we're doing the dishes (we do our dishes in style). For a night out, we go for the more standard vodka martinis: stolichnaya + martini rossi + green olives.

Viennese Coffee
3 cups strong freshly brewed hot coffee 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup 1 teaspoon sugar 1/3 cup heavy cream (whipping cream b/f it's whipped workes really well) 1/4 cup creme de cacao or irish cream (optional) Whipped cream chocolate shavings for garnish
Directions: Combine coffee, chocolate syrup and surgar in slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Stir in heavy cream and creme de cacao (or baileys), if using. Cover and cook 30 minutes or until heated through.
Ladle coffee into coffee cups; top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Makes about 4 servings.

cook 2 hours
