Deal. I think that sounds like a lot of fun.

but it's Grand Marnier - I didn't notice the typo.

Baileys Irish Cream
McGuinness Creme de Menthe
Stolichnaya vodka

Top with whipped skim milk.

It's what we usually have when we're doing the dishes (we do our dishes in style). For a night out, we go for the more standard vodka martinis: stolichnaya + martini rossi + green olives.

Sounds nummy...... we've got a good coffe drink that uses bailey's irish cream in the crock pot... goes something like this...

2 cups stongly brewed coffee
chocolate sauce
Sugar
cook 1/2 hours on high
add heavy cream, and baileys
cook 2 hours

serve with whiped cream and chocolate shavings.

Ohhh, now that sounds truly decadent. How much chocolate sauce and sugar? And cream and Bailey's?

Been a while since i've made it so I had to find the book it's from.....

Viennese Coffee

3 cups strong freshly brewed hot coffee
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon sugar
1/3 cup heavy cream (whipping cream b/f it's whipped workes really well)
1/4 cup creme de cacao or irish cream (optional)
Whipped cream
chocolate shavings for garnish

Directions: Combine coffee, chocolate syrup and surgar in slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Stir in heavy cream and creme de cacao (or baileys), if using. Cover and cook 30 minutes or until heated through.

Ladle coffee into coffee cups; top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Makes about 4 servings.
