sinjunSo, got a project topic for my supply chain management class.. or rather, I have a project area.
Anyone got any good sources on the service industry (IT or otherwise) and their use of supply chains? Preferably journals, if you can manage it, cause this particular teacher doesn't think much of web site citations.
So, any help is muchly appreciated. I need a minimum of 20 articles ... not counting web sources.
