So, got a project topic for my supply chain management class.. or rather, I have a project area.

Anyone got any good sources on the service industry (IT or otherwise) and their use of supply chains? Preferably journals, if you can manage it, cause this particular teacher doesn't think much of web site citations.

So, any help is muchly appreciated. I need a minimum of 20 articles ... not counting web sources.

I need to find real journals that have supply chain management articles on the service industry. I'm thinking I'm going to need a trip to the library... maybe even the Metro Research Library if it's still down town... There's a day trip for us. :)
