On Heroes ... can the Male Channelers bond someone? Or just the female?

The decision back in the Old Days, when men and women were Bonding each other left and right in Cuebiyar'Shain, is in one of the +misc files. +misc bonds, I think.

Female/female bonds are different from male/female Bonds in that their more emotionally connected, and loosely physically connected, whereas male/male Bonds are academically aware of each other's emotions, but feel physical sensations as one.

I think forcing had to do with whoever had a higher OP and Spirit score, but I'm not on telnet to check the file right now.
