In the News ...

www.order-chaos.com is back up.

I don't know what happened to it yesterday. How odd.

Today is headache day - and tomorrow will likely not be much better. Freezing rain last night started it off. Winter storm warning today. Took me 2.5 hours, I think, to get to work today (should only take 45 minutes, with no traffic). Well, there was an accident that closed off 6 lanes or more of highway. That hurts anyone's traffic flow.

5-10cm of snow called for tonight. Followed by 1-3cm of freezing rain. Joy.

It shouldn't be bad, but we've not had bad weather to speak of, at least not yet.

I'm not looking forward to it. Maybe my headache will blast into something worth staying home for. I think I'll email myself some documents to work on at home. Just in case.

And I'm told to check into VPN again. That would be nice.

In plotting news, I need to create a temp alt for Heroes. Just cause. And poor Yas is being corrupted by those evil Jaramidians. I'm setting up a rescue mission for elves in wrapstuff in Blue Mountain. If you want in, let me know. I'll figure out something, though it won't necessarily involve attacking or sneaking into the mountain. RS - card tourney is going on. I'm plotting stuff for February as we speak.

To do tonight, once I get home ...
1. Check with Winter about the Feb plot
2. Bug Gwy ... just cause. well and cause he's offered to do a small plot in March.
3. Find someone else to bug for an April plot. ;)
4. temp character.
5. TM BM plotting

Oh, btw. Dean played after all. :)

*chuckles*

I saw. He also had ideas for how to run the MU*. *grins*

Like I need to know how that if lots of things are happening, people get interested.

But, it was a valid point, just a little late. ;)

I told him to @mail *TP if he had any specific tp ideas. Otherwise ... *shrugs* ... we're beginning to bump up the frequency. ;)

*mwahahahaha*

*arches a brow*
Oh, did he? What else did he say?

Funny, one would think any of his games would take off if he knows that much. *ahem* :)

*snickers*

Oh, he just suggested that we should run tps 2-3 times a week, even if it does mean staff have a lot of work to do. ;)

*shrugs*

I thanked him for the idea, suggested he send us specific tp ideas, and dropped the subject. Or he did, I'm not sure, exactly.

And I don't know anything about his games. Nothing at all.

Mrfl. Don't get me started. :)

In other news, WoT books are heavy. Combine a few, and you can do decent weight-lifting...

*grins*

Oh, feel free to start. But there's no need. It's dealt with. :)

And I'm guessing we should tell our new G'Kar he has the role, yes?

*bounces gleefully*

Yes, they are very heavy. I guess I could put a weight training program together with them...

Oh, remind me when I get home tonight to borrow Ariel's WoT The world book. Or whatever it's called. Might get more ideas on Aiel names there.

That would be the tractor trailer that went through the guardrail at 401 and Dixie, westbound, yes? At one point, they closed 401 westbound while they got it out of there. And you have my sympathies - there's not a lot of alternate routes coming in from there.

And we can hope that the winter storm misses us - but the latest I heard is that it's still on track. Hope your drive home is better than coming in this morning.
