Computer is much happier now...
Jan. 5th, 2008 02:59 pm So ...
Ronin went to the vet. He's down 0.1kg, which may be cause he wasn't feeling so well. Vet said his third eyelid was red on his right eye, but she couldn't see anything else wrong with him. It was conveniently enough time for his vaccines, so he's had the first two done. In 2 weeks or so, he goes back for the third one. Seems whatever was wrong fixed itself, as he seems fine today.
Computer went to the shop today for a couple of hours - one new power supply later, it's sounding much happier and I'm not in danger of frying my computer any more.
Also went to a local beauty salon and made an appointment for a consultation for this wednesday. Because yes, I concede, I could use some beauty. :)
Grocery store has also been visited, and I even took down the outside lights and brought up boxes from the basement to put all the Christmas decorations away.
The roomba scores big on my books for convenience. Nice, really nice.
cats is silly.
Tomorrow's agenda: Circus!

Date: 2008-01-09 02:55 am (UTC)Weather headaches--OUCH!!! sorry Babe
yeah I have a couple of goofballs myself--incidentally, their personalities have changed since Tink's death; they're seen more, they're on the bed more, they want to be picked up.
I can't wait to rp again--it's been so long I think I've forgotten who I am. Actually I know I have. brain full of other crap.
John and I are going to Montego Bay at March Break, you're welcome to come--maybe I should tell John I booked tickets.
St. Anne's, yeah, I've been wistfully eying the website; I just looked at the school calendar, why is Feb 18 a holiday????

Date: 2008-01-09 01:44 pm (UTC)Which would make Feb. 24th a possibility.
Another thought - End of April if that works. Could then get some sort of gift certificates for those with birthdays around then (I know at least 3!) and maybe try one of those cottage sleepover things.
