FFXI Question

So it's been suggested that if I like WAR I will love SAM... can I do SAM/WAR or WAR/SAM instead of NIN? Not sure I like NIN, you see.. though admittedly I've not tried it in a party yet...

Well, for the record, everyone hates Nin till level 37 from what I hear. I know I did. But nin sub is very useful and required in some instances, so its a necissary evil.

Play the way you enjoy. Thats about as much advise I can give.

Me personally, predictably, I am not enjoying the game these days. I havent even been downstairs for the past 2 days to be around my puter at all. So I sit at home playing Bleach: Shattered Blade. I think I am gonna pick up where I left off on FFXII too and finally beat that game.

Oh, then there is the small issue of my plans to go out today and get the XBox 360 alongside Rock Band :)

Yeah. That is good advice. Make sure you take it too. :)

Kinda though makes things that are necessary evils seem a little bit less fun though. Well, guess we'll see. I can try leveling NIN a bit more, I suppose.

Well, after almost 5 years I think it may be time for me to take a step away from the game and do some other things.

As far as Nin, I would level it to 15 atleast so you have a valid sub to do Promys with. Wth a lvl 30 cap, War/Nin is a very good and sought after job as tank. I have always done Promys with 2 War/Nin, 2 Smn/Whm, and 2 DD (preferably 1 of those being Ranger)
