Waste of time last night on FFXI. Because I don't have the fame needed in Norg for the level 9 NIN scroll as yet. *kicks* Apparently the rice ball price isn't quite as accurate as some sites suggest.

I did however open the Samurai flag quest, since I was there.

And then to the Maze of Shakrami where I tried to find a treasure chest with no luck. I did however discover that the maze scorpions don't aggro me. Not entirely sure about the Ancient Bats, but they'll be pushing their luck if they do. It's amazing how much there is now too weak or easy prey. Whee!

So, total bust. But tonight, DB promises to help me defeat Forger, which is one of two NM's I need to defeat for the Samurai flag. (And of course, completing that quest will get me some more Norg fame - two birds with one ... (okay 2) NM. :))

Team lunch yesterday was very good. At the Keg. The weather was nowhere near as nasty as it could have been. So at least those were good things.
