Implementation Weekend at work...

Gonna be busy. But that means I should have time for the gym, FFXI, and RP! *hinthint*

Yesterday, we walked 4km - that was good, just to get out and move. I've been way too much of a slug of late. And it was good to get to spend some time with Whywhynot. ;)

Had dinner, got home late for my scheduled rp ... but it was okay cause I wasn't latest. In fact, one of our required players didn't make it so the rp ended up a bust. Darn it. And on the other hand, because I was expecting rp, I didn't get myself moving on FFXI ... so that was a bust too. Did get to say hi to Connar, but only just as he was leaving, more or less. *wrinkles nose* Left me feeling distinctly unsatisfied on all fronts. But I did end up having an early night, which isn't a bad thing.

And perhaps tonight things will be better. I've got Sunday free for FFXI, and Saturday night 8pm for RP on all fronts. Saturday day time I'm planning a trip to the gym, grocery shopping, house cleaning, and going to see about getting my bridesmaid's dress altered so it fits. Gonna be a busy day - okay, if I don't get it all done, some of that might fall over into Sunday. But it'll all work out over the weekend.

*chuckles* Sorry, but if it makes you feel any better, I missed out on playing the Wii, and then missed out on any solid sleep last night. So it was a bust all the way around.

Today, I am battling a headache. And I have a pizza dinner to go to tonight, so it will be after 8:30 or so before I connect. Tomorrow, its just me and TidBit. Sunday (I hope!!!) I will be going to Charlotte to my brothers so he can get rid of this Vista and install XP :)

And I'm sorry to hear your fun was a bust too. Darn. See, it is tough to get the hang of Thursdays, all the way around.

Headache - I've been battling one all week thanks to the low pressure systems that keep coming in, hanging ominously and then leaving with no rain. Stupid things. So yeah, you have my sympathy on that one.

Question for you - level 24 - do I need new WAR gear? If so, I shall have to start figuring that out. And also, should we get to 25 before checking out Kazham? If I get the Elshimo (whatever) supply quest mission when I get home tonight ... does that work? I could go to Qufim thereafter and try to get to level 25 by 9pmish. *grins*

Took some meds. Headache is abated. For now. I can feel it lingering in the background of my head. When time is up, I'll take Excedrine to knock it all the way out. I only hope yours gets better

As to your question, that again depends on your job. Are you planning on tanking or DDing? I Would personally get some chain mail to replace my Beetle Gear. It has better defense and you only miss out on evasion. On top of that, I would bring Bounding Boots just in case you dont tank. We also need to get you a pair of Battle Gloves, an Empress Hairpin, and a Night Cape. A Spike necklace would be awesome too if you dont already have one. Neckchopper should be the axe to stick with I believe for now. Might want to check ffxiclopedia just to be sure.

Hrm ... tank or DD? Doesn't that really depend on the party I'm in and what is needed? I kinda like DD - as I learned in the party with the paladin ... cause there was no point anyone else even trying to tank. :)

Picked up (cause I came home to work at home before the rain made my head too bad to drive, so I got to log on for a bit) the chainmail and chain hose. Leaves me broke for the moment. :) Need to make some money for that game, definitely. :) And camp a few NM's it seems. *beam* So ... we ready for that neckchopper dude yet?
