note to self...

Update ranged attack macro to include party notification.

Also - figure out how I set a different set of macros for different jobs. IE - I have one set for War/Mnk. But how do I switch between different sets so I could have one set up for WHM/BLM?

Add sturmwind macro - cause that is really a nice weaponskill. ;)

When you open the screen to edit macros, go down to the second line of macros then go down once more. You will open up a new Macro Set window. You have 9 sets available in all.

Also, I would have 2 ranged attack macros set. 1 just for pulling, the other just to shoot while engaged in battle. Dont need to notify your party every time you shoot if its not while you are pulling.

Ooh. Thank you. Course, that's going to present a problem eventually ... there's more than 9 jobs, right? Darn. ;)

As for ranged attack macros, good point. But as WAR, I'm likely only going to be using it for pulling, I'd guess. Not so?

Depends...with a GAxe, you can usually lob one off in between swings. Helps to raise your ranged stats if/when the arrow connects.

Darn it! I coulda been doing more damage!

As for the jobs, I have found that you can double up on some macro lists. IE: My Warrior Macro set is the same as my Paladin one, it has JAs for both in there.

That makes sense too. I'll get it figured out, I'm sure... specially with such good help from my friends.

And incidentally, while it was a learning experience to go to Qufim without Connar there, it wasn't the same ...
