Wrinkled noses

Slept miserably last night. Had horrid dreams, most of which involved me dying painfully, though I don't remember more details than that. Woke up still tired. Made it to work on time, though don't ask me how.

In RP news, couldn't find any last night, so I gave up and watched 2 episodes of Season 1, SG-1. That means I've now seen a whole 3 episodes. Poor Kowalski didn't last long. 2 episodes and he got killed off. Oops? The mongol planet was neat too. And I have to say that Teal'c is an interesting character. Really kinda cool.

I'm assuming that anyone interested in SG-1 has probably already seen this stuff, given that the show is in season 9 at the moment. So you know, sorry if I've accidentally given you spoilers, but let me know if so! Cause I'd be amused to discover I'm not the last one to watch it!

I missed the stupid delivery truck with my new desk and chair by 4 minutes. Bah, humbug. Now I have to call them back and get them to try again. Stupid traffic. Hopefully this time, I can get them to stop by my house a little later in their delivery run, instead of first. Sheesh. Just my luck.

And in other news, Mom and Magic will be arriving today sometime, until Saturday. Bet she has laundry to do. *grins* It'll be nice to see her. Maybe we can get my computer room cleaned up and painted - that would be a good trick. Guess we'll see.

Ok, now I cant watch SG-1....you ruined it! ;)

Seriously though, its funny that you mention that because he was (at the time of shooting those episodes) unsure if he would be able to be a regular on the show due to other possible movie endorsements in his near future. When those movie dreams were squashed and he asked to be a regular, he had to be turned down because his character was already killed off! Pity, Kowalski was a neat character that would have added even more to such a wonderous show.

Aha. I was wondering. Though it does add to the threat of the Goa'uld or however the heck that is spelled. Nasty s.o.b.'s. *grins* I shall have to keep watching to see what happens next. I might even make it through season 1 sometime this year. :)
