34C high supposedly today, with a humidex of 41C. Okay, that's a little hot even for my liking.

In RP news, well - it goes. Fun for the masses. All caught up on RPOL - Wolfcat? Alery? You two giving up on that or just too swamped with RL for a bit? It happens, I know, but I just haven't heard from either of you in a while.

I have a preapproved character on SG: A - in case you all are wanting to rp there. beta testing of chargen is in progress. Oh, and I've watched 9 episodes of Star Gate: Atlantis ... just for the record.

And other than that, some rp, and I'm wondering if anyone is coming by for Craft night tonight? I know that Arwen77 is going out to play pool, so he's escaping. Anyone up for crafts or shall I just start my CIV3 game early?

What do you think of the characters on the SG:A TV show? Personally, I think they're all annoying except for the science/engineering/medical personel.

Well, I cannot compare them to the characters on the original Star Gate, because I've not watched it at all.

I still hate Colm Meaney, but apparently he's not a regular, so that may not put me off watching the show completely.

As for the others ...

McKay has his annoying moments. Ford is a nonentity for the most part. Weir I like - she's in an interesting position, all things considered. Sheppard I can see might be annoying, though for the most part he doesn't bother me. Teyla is a neat character concept, and I like the idea a lot.

Truthfully, the regular characters on Atlantis don't annoy me (though I can't say the same for at least one of the occasional characters.)

i am going to skip Craft night this time. my eyes are still giving me big headaches. work is such a dry place that i keep putting eye drops in and they are not staying in, that gives me more of a headache.

july 1st weekend going back to london, so can't come that weekend either.

i will see how they are feeling after the july 1 weekend. if my father doesn't kill me and my eyes feel better then i will give it another try.

My final for school is tomorrow night. And most of my time in the past two weeks has been caught up by family affairs. I promise, though, I'll look at everything again after tomorrow.
