Erm. Isn't it left at Kingston? I thought Liverpool was between Brock and Whites.

Not according to the map.

I checked today. It's left on Whites itself and then a right on Kingston. So, I was technically correct. =)

You have to go East on Kingston road from Whites to get to Liverpool and the further east to get to Brock. :)
