If I can remember them, that is.

On elections - eh, let's wait until the fall rather than call a snap election now. It won't happen, but that would be my best call for things. We'll see how the bloc and the Conservatives deal with it all. It is interesting that those two parties used their speeches to point fingers, while the Liberal PM was apologizing and the NDP was offering suggestions for moving forward. I'm sure that says a lot, though I'm not quite sure what.

On bunnies - apparently some cat killed the 3 baby bunnies that some dumb rabbit gave birth to across the street in my neighbour's garden. Ooops? I hope it wasn't Cheyenne, but I wouldn't swear to it. She is after all the Great Grey Scourge of Rodentia everywhere ... and baby bunnies look a lot like rodents.

On RPOL - well, I was caught up for about a second, before folks started posting again. That's okay, I knew it would happen. ;)

On RP - Tori had 2 good thoughts in a short time period. Sheesh, they ought to promote her if she keeps that up. *smirks* And Fresca made a sale, and there's another hula hoop loose on the station. Mwahahaha. Don't know how amused Saskia was with Fresca's conversation though. Hopefully she had fun. ;) I like the random words way of dealing with Fresca's flightiness. It works very well.

On the weekend - I'm seriously leaning towards RotR... *grins* Starting at about 10 or 11 in the morning. Well, whenever Wolfcat arrives, I guess. I think I'd like to see thet extended versions since I haven't yet watched them at all. And besides, I can cross stitch at the same time. :)

On AQ - ninja armour looks good. Very good. And made for those who don't specialize since you need to train dex, strength and int! *beams* Right up my alley. Though I am amused at how many of my weapons are magic based on that game. It says something, I'm sure.

I know there were a few more thoughts I wanted to put down here, thoughts I had while driving in to work, but I've lost them. Oh well, perhaps they'll return later, and I can put them in another post.

I wonder if I'm the only person in Canada who's going "Oh, the government fucked up? Oh well, no big deal. What else is new? Let's see if they can do a decent job now to make up for it."

Russian mentality For The Win.

*laughs*

No, actually, you're not. All staunch Liberal supporters are saying just about the same thing. ;)

Re: Ninja Armor:

Almost everyone goes for a high dexterity, regardless of if you specialize in Melee, Magic, or Ranged. It helps in blocking and how accurate you are. And aside from the first ability, all of them are useful to my character, who does specialize in Int.

Of course, the biggest factor of that armor is the 45/45/40 blocking. One of the few class armors I'm going to be hanging onto for that sole reason. Plus the last two skills are very useful and magic-based (another way to freeze enemies and the Level 10 'Special of Doom' if it goes off right).

*grins* you should see what it does with the golden shield. :) I'm only at level 4 ninja - lack of time... but I expect to rectify that this weekend.

Give me, oh, ten minutes or so and I'll have Golden myself. Like 2,500 gold away from it.

And the 45/45/40 is with Gyrate shield. Base is 35/35/30.

Golden is better than Gyrate. ;) Course, I've only got like 975K gold to go to get to the golden armor. :)

Well, yeah. I booted the Gyrate in favor of Golden. Not a tough decision at all. Golden does everything the Gyrate does, except better.

Then again, once you get Golden, all other shields pretty much become trophies. Time to collect rare shields! @#;+)

Weekend...

I picked up some "Organic Musilibread" (no barley... I checked) from a northend bakery my friends took me to at lunch. I'll bring a loaf with me. I'll also pick up some meat and cheese on my way, too, unless you've got other such stuff that will suffice. I think I recall you mentioning that you had fruit and veggies and such like stuff.

If there's anything else I should pack and bring (or not pack and forget to bring), let me know.

Don't bring Cheese! I've got lots. :)

The rest is fine...

And Grant has one of those maintenance at 2am Sat. night/Sun. morning things so I doubt he'll make it. Unfortunately. Poor guy.

Aw. Poor Grant.

But, okay. I'll leave the cheese at the store. ;) That works for me.

Who all are we expecting over the course of the day? Everyone (sans Grant), or hit and miss?

That's a very good question. Alery is up in the air, but Akesteven and Valwoo better show up or I'll be sad. :)

Seriously, I know Akesteven hasn't been feeling well this week, but I've not heard from either one. Val has class but hopefully will come by afterwards. It's only rain, you see. ;)

So, in a nutshell, we're probably light for the AM, but'll likely have the usual culprits around in the evening, neh?

That's workable. :)

I do hope Akesteven feels better, though.
