Hey all - looks like it will be cold and rainy on saturday - we shall have to rethink this whole outside event thing.

So, questions for the guilty parties ... :

1. still interested in Coronation?
1a. if so, when should we leave?
1b. carpool? from where?
1c. lunch? Should we bring a picnic?
1d. Feast? if we can get it? Or other?

2a. if not - do we want to try Circus?
2b. Or we could do a Kenshin day. or *grins* LotR?

Inquiring minds want to know.

If I'm not going to coronation (I've to admit to not being excessively interested at this point), then I'm moving to Toronto. Anyone is welcome to come help. ;)

Circus in the evening might still be a possibility. At the moment, I don't know for sure.

Well, Val would still have class so we couldn't start until after she finishes that...

*nods* I know. I'm just not sure how my moving would go and how much time it'd take. I do, after all, have a door to paint...

1. Still somewhat interested... unless it's really too miserable -- in which case see #2. My interpretation of the website indicates there will be some sort of hall there... though how big it is I have no clue. I will admit that staying home is preferable to dragging my tail through the damp and muck.

1a. If we go, I suggest we leave mid morning so as not to overly prolong our stay. We don't usually last much more than a good afternoon, in any case, do we?

1b. Carpooling strikes me as the smartest idea. I suggest from your place, since you're farthest east.

1c. Picnic sounds like a great idea to me... even if we're huddled inside somewhere.

1d. Feast looks basically edible. I'm not interested in all of it, but I think I can find enough there to satisfy me. That said, if it proves to be easier to hit the local steakhouse or Swiss, that's good, too.

2a&b. I'm game to do Circus if we don't do Coronation. Failing getting everyone there, however, I think running a LOTR or Kenshin marathon strikes me as just as fine an idea. :) We can still do a picnic of sorts at lunch, and we can always throw our own style of potluck feast in the evening. ;)

Glancing at the Ealdormere calendar, I'm as game to wait and try Eoforwick's Lord Mayor's Market Day in Etobicoke or Crown Tourney next month, or Pikeman's at the beginning of June. Though, yes. It'd be nice to hit an event sometime in the relatively near future. :)

Yeahyeah, I know. Real helpful, I am. But, that's how I see it at this moment.

Well, you know... LMD does seem close to home and reasonably friendly. ;)

So, that makes it a good alternative.

All of the above?

Well, coronation would be fun to attend, but I'm not too fond of cold rainy weather to make it something I have to go see.

LoTR or Circus is also all good - and as long as there's food in there somewhere, I really don't mind which way we do it. :)
