It's not spring yet

Unfortunately.

But we're getting there. Well, not that you can tell from the weather - a cm of snow tonight, 4 more tomorrow predicted. *sigh*

I just keep telling myself that it's not spring yet, not until March 20, so of course there's still snow. Go figure.

In any event, work today, and I gotta get myself into research mode tonight, and all weekend. Then I might actually survive the group project we're working on currently. And my term paper. Yes, I'm all about school stuff right now. I have 4 items left on my school list and only 4, but they're huge items. Absolutely huge.

And in other news, Vica has managed to get out of the desert... of course we're not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing, but she's not dead yet. :) See [livejournal.com profile] heroestales if you don't know what I'm talking about. ;)

One of my managers was funny on Monday. She said 'well, I guess it's okay that it's still cold. I mean, it is February.'

I had to blink and point out that it was, in fact, March already. :)

As of now (well, when I'm posting this) there are 9 days, 19 hours and 45 minutes until Spring. Well... give or take a few minutes.
