Watched the latest Harry Potter flick and enjoyed it muchly. Chatted with friends. It's a nice day out. Discovered there's a nasty little bug munching on my bushes out front. Going to have to do something about that. Just as soon as I can figure out what.

Other than that - lazy day. It's nice. Now then, laundry and I think perhaps working on a Solara post. Though that depends on what rp there is to be found.

I was able to see HP3 too. At the risk of annoying people who might not have seen it yet, am I allowed to babble about it?

Alright! Now that I have (hopefully) a few moments to myself, I think I might just start this up. There is one other chap at work who saw the movie the same night I did, but it just doesn't seem right for two computer geeks who both have networks in their houses with several *nix variants in it to be discussing Harry Potter at work. Star Trek, maybe. Harry Potter just doesn't seem right. So we don't.

So that leaves me with a void. I mean, I could talk to my wife, but damn! I've already married her. She wants -more-?

*cough*

I liked Buckbeak. I want a Buckbeak for my own. That would be cool.

I did not like Dumbledore. He was a good Dumbledore, don't get me wrong, but Richard Harris had such a good knack for playing the befuddling old wizard who, despite everything, always happened to be in charge, who knew precisely what was going to happen, and who knew what he had to do to make everyone else do what they needed to. This chap seemed... befuddled.

*grins* I liked Buckbeak, but I actually didn't mind this Dumbledore. I found he had a stronger voice and a bit more of a sense of humour. Which I thought was lacking from the previous Dumbledore.

It's funny how everyone has a different interpretation, isn't it?
