I spent ages (well, a few minutes) working my way through solving that!

I started off deciding that A must be 1 and B must be 3, because that was the only integer solution to A + A + A + B = 6. Then I worked from there.
And then I added up the last column wrong. ;o)

Then from D = A + 6 = C + 2 = B + 4, I worked out the answer. :)
