I may have to invest in call-display just for situations like this. Bah!

That was always the good thing about dialup. When the phone's constantly engaged, telemarketers can't bother you.

True. But it's hard to talk to work folks and do conference calls that way.

See, my way of thinking is that that would just be another bonus. ;o)

The other benefit of dialup was that it stopped random relatives from bothering us. Now my mother has to ignore the phone rather than have it be engaged. ;o)
