On Finance
Jan. 8th, 2004 11:41 pmOkay, so I got home from class and I had to shovel. I hate cold, and I hate shoveling. this did not put me in a good mood. Then I get inside, all cold and sniffly and annoyed, only to discover that Taliesin took exception to the wall calendar, and it's now on the floor. Silly cat. You know, I kicked him out of my room 5 minutes ago, didn't even close the door, and the darn cat still isn't back.
Now that is funny.
Anyway, Finance. That's what I was going to talk about. Managerial finance to be exact. Time value of money, annuities, perpetuities, and so forth. All the way into bonds, stocks, capital budgeting, bridges to accounting, and so on. No group work, no essays, but lots and lots and lots of problems. So, it will be busy, you betcha. Just to keep up, so I can pass the final which is worth 50% of the mark.
So far though, I think those two dates (Jan 23 and Feb 6, right?) are still okay. I have to double check after Monday's class, cause that's the one with the random group project. So far, it's a go.
