Birthday is over, and life goes on. Go figure.

RP last night - Elyse has hope of getting a really cool harp, thanks to Keay, Evangeline, Tamlyn and Nathael. *grins* Yes, it was a very eclectic set of folks who helped out with the research. I'm amused and impressed. Yay for all of them. :) Diohne tied for second in the archery contest. That's just funny. Can I say that the dice system for White Wolf is interesting. Quite interesting, actually. It could be fun in a table top setting, I think. Anyway, Jessalil won, so that's all good. It would have been quite shocking to Di, if she'd managed to win, but since she didn't, she's just happy with her showing. *grins* And of course, I wrote a new Solara post yesterday, over at heroestales, for those who are interested.

My phone rang off the hook yesterday - it was a lot of fun to chat with folks. Though it did interrupt my rp sessions. But hey, that's what telephones are for.

*laughs* Jessa was quite shocked that she won, too. She did have the lowest dice pool of anyone for that contest. One of the things I like about the White Wolf system is that there is a lot of random chance to it. That and there's something about watching 6-15 dice roll around and hoping they all come up high.

*grins* That's very rare, given you have a 1/10 chance on every die to roll that poorly.

With a high (8-10+ range) dice pool, I find the average success rate to be in the 3-5 range. Becca was just rolling horribly, thanks to 1's.
