I am still organizing the "Take Our Kids to Work" Day.
Some of the studentshave mentioned that their parents work in places that do not support young adults in the vicinity. I need to track down placements for them. Set up interviews because I just can't have a verbal contract anymore...there's procedure to follow.
I have my online course in full swing...I'm kind of happy that I'm not working ful time.
I have also become a "trouble-shooter" for many of the grade 9's who don't agree with authority figures.
I'm very tired...of course that could be because the storm kept me up last night.
oh. oops, see I'm forgetting the most important part of the question :o)
umm, playtime. good question. I'm kind of hoping sometime within the next two weeks to take a weekend for me.
I was in Brantford over the Thanksgiving weekend and my sister is tired of helping out, so now I feel all obligated to give up my Sundays and help out.
My Aunt/Dad/and sister (and Dan) are to the point of ripping each other apart.
So, in theory my weekend for me might just be a Saturday, because I'll have to do all my crap on Friday night.
I'm really liking the idea of teleportation...it would cutdown on traveltime. I could use those hours doing something else.
when's playtime for you?? you sound busy with all your projects as well.
Play time for me is the weekend of Oct. 25. We are going to play Circus from Friday night until Sunday. :)
Okay, there will be sleep in there too, but you get the idea. And I have a vacation day Oct. 27, so I can sleep in. I do have an assignment due the first Monday in November, but no classes the week of Oct. 27, so I should be able to do some rp in that week too. I'm looking forward to it. Then it's back to the grind for all of November and the first 3 weeks of December.
