Headache decided to explode into absolute ridiculousness. Couldn't see to drive - well, it was that everything doubled up sort of thing - not safe to drive. Took Painkillers and reset the alarm.

Then I was awakened at 10 by my boss calling to find out what was going on. Because I set the alarm for 8pm instead of am. Oops?

Anyway, I'm sort of conscious now, though reading is difficult. It's really quiet in the house though. Even if Taliesin is hogging the whole bed. Silly cat.

God, I wish I could do that... stay home and sleep off this agony. This weather is enough to make me cry — quite literally.

But, I can't go home. I have a systems test this afternoon...

I noticed, though I didn't read, 'cause I can't focus that long on the screen.

Been in the first aid room asleep for the past 3 hours. Head still hurts. Still can't see straight.

This is with 2 codine laced extra strength painkillers.

Must call home for ride.

Some. Not so nauseous today this afternoon, finally. Food looks like it might be edible again.

This is a nice feeling. Head is still hurting, but you know, it's beginning to think about not hurting, I can tell. Just so long as the next front holds off for a couple hours, I might be okay.
