Rain and cats

So, Cheyenne decided she was happier outside than in last night. I gave up and left her there for the night. First thing this morning, it decided to pour elephants and killer whales.

Needless to say, she came in when I let the dog out. Not very apologetic at all, but she did come in, all wet. *snickers*

I wonder if she was blaming me for the rain?

Well, of course -

Cats feel that in any properly organized society, there would be no precipitation at a time when a cat is outside. Rain all over the fur! Bleeacchhhhhh - and naturally, this is not HER fault, so it must be yours ...

*chuckles*

Yes, that would make sense. Though I still maintain that cats are dragons in disguise.

Good thing they aren't the firebreathing kind.

That would explain a lot! Have they shifted the rest of their mass between?

Yes, I'm sure they have - and they can breathe fire, but that would give them away...
