Another Rainy Day

It's a wet summer so far, that's for sure. Not a complaint really, because it keeps my garden alive. Still, I wish my head didn't hurt so much. I'm going to ask the doctor about it tomorrow. Well, maybe.

This weekend? Cluckups got cancelled due to thunderboomers and so instead we played Circus. That was a lot of fun, and our characters are now solidly 7th level. We're about 2000 XP away from 8th level. There was a lot of laughter, a lot of fun, and some absolutely hilarious situations in the scene. Oh, and there was that dream I had - I sent it to Wolfcat, and who knows, it might even end up in the Circus Chronicles and in the story. Or it might not. That would be up to the DM. I can't believe Solara has ended up back in school though. That's just funny. ;)

And if you want more details on Circus, allow me to point you to [livejournal.com profile] heroestales where you will find the adventures chronicled.

Other than that - no rp. Well, I started a scene with Cea, but it didn't get very far. My head was exploding by then, and I just couldn't concentrate. So, I logged off and trundled myself to sleep. This morning I woke up to Taliesin getting all snuggly. He decided to curl up under the covers between my arm and side. While he was sleeping there, Merlin decided to come sit on my tummy for skritches. I had both of them purring, until Taliesin decided to come out. Then Merlin hissed and growled at him. I shooed Merlin off - the rule is no hissing on my lap, darn it all. Anyway, Merlin was back in the closet when I left for work. Taliesin was following me around like a puppy.

The kitty follows you around like a puppy?

Looks like my Shalom isn't the only confuddled fuzzy.

Well, you know, Taliesin is a dog-cat. :)

Though I suppose it's technically more accurate to say he follows me around like a Bengal.

*laugh* Well, that's different, then.

I suppose it is.

Network is being silly again. Go figure.

Far too often for my liking. But it's back now, so all is good.

My kitty follows me around too, most of the time, not as much as my puppies, but pretty close. When I'm outside and she's inside, she tends to sit at the door and yowl 'til I let her out too.

Apache and Cheyenne always want to go outside, unless it is raining. Taliesin on the other hand never wants to go outside. It scares him.

Myr doesn't like wind, but she doesn't mind rain. She always wants to go outside, but she never goes very far. Once, the SO let her out and didn't realize she'd gotten out, and she was out all day. When he got back, Myr was hiding under the old stairs which are on the new porch now. :)

Yes, that happens. Poor kitty.

Chey likes to go off wandering, but Pach usually stays closer to home.
