If we meet at 10am Saturday morning, wheresoever we are meeting this weekend, would that suffice to get everything that we need accomplished?

The way I see it, it's either then, or Friday night...

Yes. That's the plan. We are meeting earlier so we can have everything set up for 1pm. ;)

Yeah. We're just chatting about how to configure systems so we can all play together in one location, instead of separately over the net, is all.
