But it feels like Monday. Rainy dull grey day, so yes, my head is fuzzy. Got to work late, but it's okay, I'll just stay a little late tonight, and still be online round about 8pm.
Timesheets have to be in by end of day today - with estimates for the rest of the week. That's going to give me a second headache that is. I never know what I'm doing from one day to the next. It changes far too frequently. But okay, I can estimate. I'm sure they get a lot of revisions come Monday. They'd be better off having them in Friday at noon, if you ask me. Not that anyone did. Oh well, it could be worse. We could have to hand them in at the beginning of the month and estimate for the entire month. :)
See, there is a silver lining in every cloud. Sometimes you just have to look really hard to find it.
Elyse - well, she was busy. We finished off the Manetheran plot. (Happy Dance) Actually, it was fun. Really it was. Got to relax a bit with Nathael - poor guy. He gets @emitted through all the fun and fighting, and then he gets to deal with the angst of a bond who came that close to being turned by a circle of 13 and 13. It's a good thing he's such a sweetheart, that's all I have to say. ;) Also had another tennis match with Basuma. I think this is the first one that Elyse actually won. Sorta. Though she's not feeling like she won. Hrm - now it's time to work on that concert and on the wedding. *grins* Oh, yeah, and the new proposal to go to the hall. Elyse already sent messages out to the other Green sitters. She wants them to know what's going on before things get started. :) Actually, she might well talk to as many of the sitters who will come have tea with her before actually presenting her proposal. *grins* Depends entirely on who wants to play. ;)
Oceana. *grins* She's been convinced to stay at the tower, by Basuma believe it or not. :) And not only that, but she's turning into a right proper little mother hen. Jacyn and Connor both had to put up with her forcing them to eat. S'what they get for being sick, I suppose. Course, she's not quite ready to tell anyone if she's staying or not. I don't think she'll actually realize it until she gets called in for her Accepted test.
Di is getting ready for vacation. Summer is being unbearably cute. Literally, since she left her bear with Basuma when she left the tower. She and Niquole are getting along famously though. *Mwahahahahaha* This could be a lot of fun.
Carai - well, she's dead now. But what a way to go. Out with a bang. :) Thorin too. That plot was well executed, and I have nothing but praise for the folks who made it all possible (Evangeline, Rwn, Thorin) and for the players who were so wonderful and flexible. I'm jazzed, and might even run another plot one of these days. Well, after I recover. ;)
RS - Jen ran into Ross - everyone is getting overly stressed and tired. Seems it's about time all those breakdowns got figured out. ;) That reminds me, must bug Delenn and Ross and Cass about that. Yes, yes. Definitely.
I have way too many logs to post. Just so you all know. I think I'll just dump a few and make things easy. :)
And I already mentioned Easter dinner. My family is awesome. It's too bad my bro wasn't there, but well, it's a long way from Florida. We did think about him though. Some old neighbours were out, so it was nice to see them too. That's the sort of thing that doesn't always happen after all. Talk about a trip through memory lane.
