Cause I was dead for part of it.

However, the gaming tale continues... so, the party gets themselves off the island, over to the mainland, and they follow the road, carrying along 2 dead bodies, one of them mine. They find a monastary, from which our chicken guy (Aidan Pim) belongs. Well, okay, it wasn't his home, but it was his order. So they very nicely resurrected Tiaryn. And Aidan. And well, then while we slept, some shadow guy wandered through, and Tiaryn ended up with a magical harper brand on her hand. And now she gets dizzy at night and faints. Well, if I fail the fortitude checks, anyway, which happens /way/ /too/ frequently. First feat I get is Great Fortitude, I swear. At least it will help. Well, maybe.

Got out of the monastary, and Tiaryn's parents were there. Grumble. At least they got us home, and bought the extra loot we gathered that we couldn't use.

We actually didn't get to start the next adventure, though we set it up nicely. We are halfway to Waterdeep (okay, maybe a quarter of the way) and we killed four goblins, rescuing a nice couple. Tiaryn still has no kills, but she did fix the wagon with a nice little spell. *grins*

Oh yeah, and there's a bard who used a charm spell on Elayne. It worked. We discovered that Elayne can still bring the roof down... or at least, Krystal and Kiara can ... the tent roof over Elayne and the bard's head. Talf, is his name, just in case he shows up again.

And other than that ... well, Krystal and Kiara leveled. So we now have a level 3 fighter, a level 3 psychic warrior, and the rest of us at level 2 ... (but not by much!) That's the sorceress, bard and ranger, for those who are counting.

Much fun was had by all. And I think that there will be more postings about this. Somehow, I'm sure of it.

Oh, and that talking Stitch doll is a riot.
