Bubye Terry Cat ...
May. 14th, 2008 10:40 am In the news: Terry Cat has been picked up and now has gone home with his human, leaving me with just my own four foots in the house. This morning it was kinda quiet without him there underfoot, getting his white fur all over my dress clothes...
There is a BHG scene tonight on SM, but I don't know if I can make it. Hamid has finally decided that really if he's going to be stuck with Jasmina maybe he should buckle down and just accept it. *grins* I don't think she's quite ready to give in yet though... The scene got paused due to impending sleep on my part. That scene has been ongoing for quite some time, actually. But it is fun. Yelena's scene got postponed. Sami decided to go off with Allyn scouting in Arafel. Should be interesting. Course, that won't last too long, given that trouble starts tomorrow in that TP.
Gardening - well, okay, no holes dug, but I did get a bag of mulch laid out so that's one small task done. And a couple of weeds removed. And this weekend is the long weekend, so I should be able to get those two trees planted no problem. In theory. My tulips are about to blossom into flower. The grape hyacynths are beautiful. The lillies of the valley are poking their little noses up and enjoying the sun. It's looking lovely out there. The forsythia is still vibrant yellow, though the snowball hasn't yet started to go white. And in the backyard, my second lilac is budding flowers for the first time ever! Yay!
