Whee

8am meetings are fun. No really. :)

But traffic was light and I actually didn't mind the trip too much. I should get out of commuting one of these days.

Got home to find company - my uncle Richard and aunt Sharon were there. They are such nice peoples. And after they left, Mom and I had dinner, then we emptied out the computer room. (No, I didn't get online last night - it does happen once in a while, honest. ;))

So, tonight, vacuum and prep, then paint the primer on the walls in the computer room. Whee. Tomorrow, Mom said she's going to paint the walls blue, which will just leave me with the trim to do this weekend. Then it'll be time to start putting the room back together. Properly. Believe it or not.

And I also have to figure out what colour to paint my bedroom... because well, it's got to get emptied out for the new bedroom furniture. So might as well paint it too. Whee.

I'm insane, yes. Is this your first time noticing? Anyone want to help paint this weekend?

Got my new official office chair for working at the computer. Course it's still sitting in its box, but that's okay. That's one down...

And in not so happy news, I've given up my staff bit on SG:A. It really wasn't getting as much of my attention as it should have been, due to RL and other considerations. So, it's probably for the best. Besides, this way I get to enjoy rp there, without worrying about what all the staff is doing. *grins*

It'll all work out in the end, I'm sure.
