And For The Record

Alarm went off this morning - hit snooze.
Alarm went off again - hit snooze.
Tal attacked my feet - hit snooze.
Tal attacked my feet again - hit snooze.
Val got into the shower, hit snooze.
Cat came to lick my nose, hit snooze.
Val got out of the shower, hit snooze.
Cat left in a huff, Tal chased her out of the room, hit snooze.
Tal parked himself on my chest, hit snooze.
Pam got into the shower, sighed, and hit snooze.
Tal mrowed incessently, hit snooze.
Pam got out of the shower - oh, I guess I better get up now...

Yeah, I really wanted to move this morning.

Just for the record

Sounds like every one of my mornings. Cai comes and purrs in my face tickling me with her whiskers. Jumps up in the headboard, down on the bed. Up on the door, down to the floor scaring me to death. Then it's kitten olympics of running around the house and over the sleeping Et. I tell you.. it's no wonder I'm sleep deprived.

According to my calculations, based on a standard alarm clock that allows you four minutes of snooze time per snooze hit, you got an additional 44 minutes of snoozing.
Unless, of course, you in the aforementioned cases actually hit the cat, or the person in the shower at the time. ;)

Yes, I've once hit someone, mistaking them for a snooze button. Not very hard though, but it wasn't appreciated, even so. :)

I can imagine most folks don't like being mistaken for a snooze button!

I'm sure I'd have to hold that over someone's head for months... maybe years. ;)
