I doubt it'll be able to run Doom3, but then again, from all reports Doom3 crawls on a GeForce 4 TI 4600. I expect that should be fine for most decent games out there now.
Which cordless kb/mouse did you get? The Logitech Elite Duo?
F-keys doubling as special function keys (toggled by f-lock): New, Reply, Forward, Send, Undo, Redo, Print, Save, My COmputer, My Documents, My Picutres, My Music.
To the top left of the keyboard, 5 buttons: suspend, f-lock, e-mail, messenger/sms webcam
To the top right of the keyboard 5 buttons: iTouch, search, shopping, favorites, my home
In the centre at the top of the kb, a volume wheel, previous track, next track, play/pause, stop, mute and media buttons
Two small buttons and a scroll-wheel to the left of the keyboard proper.
Labels on some of the keys for their control- shortcuts in MS Office
Don't seem to have the function keys doubling as anything. I do have ... top left of the keyboard ... Finance, My Sites, Community, Favorites. The centre is the media center, with a mute button, volume, and the rewind, fastforward, play/pause, and stop buttons. The upper right has iTouch, E-Mail, Shopping, Search, and My Home down below those four buttons. And I've got lots of ctrl keys shown on the keys... bottom row of keys (from Z to N) is Undo, Cut, Copy, Paste, Vold, new. the usual Windows shortcuts, I think.
It struggles a tad for the swamp-level of Jedi Knight 2, but otherwise plays everything wonderfully, and at 1024 by 768 (since I prefer to run at the LCD's native resolution).
It's not that old a card, and is a huge jump over what you had. :o)
