Is it wrong to expect people to keep promises made online, unless major rl snafus occur? Or at least to inform you when they can't keep the promise?

Agreed. I am MORE likely to remember something I agreed to online than in person without writing it down!

And even if the commitment was to meet somewhere online at a particular time. Well. its a commitment same as meeting on the street corner.

Sorry, I've just been distracted lately.

I was going to make a comment about promises made online, but there's no way I can say it without it coming out completely wrong. *sigh* Doncha just hate it when that happens?
