Weekend Update
Uhm, where to start?
Yes, beginnings are good. Friday - dinner with my parents and![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
akesteven. It was by way of a belated Father's Day Gift, since my father was out of town for Father's Day. That was nice. I'm sure I rped after that, but the rp scenes have all mangled together, and I don't remember what was on Friday and what was on Saturday. Not without checking logs, anyway.
I do tend to log rp, though. Almost always.
Though editting and posting logs - that's a chore.
Saturday - yucky weather. Cloudy, rain showers, sore head day. Lots of rp. Lots of laughing and giggling and silliness prevailed. It was fun. My cats all had to take turns snuggling, which is always good. I discovered that a friend I thought lived way far away is only 5 or so hours ... *grins* Yes, that's still far, but it beats 20 hours, right?
Sunday - well, I had housecleaning, laundry, mowing the lawn on the agenda, but it all got turfed out whenaleriel and avatarstormcrow came to visit.
It was pretty cool to get to meet someone else I'd only talked to online before. See, my answers to that silly quiz about lj folks I've met have already changed, cause now I've met one more. And it's been promised that I'll get to meet another one day.
Which is all in all a happy thought.
Now the only thing left is to find out ifavatarstormcrow made it home safely. I know that aleriel did. (And I suppose this qualifies as a baseball bat of a hint, but hey ... I worry.)
Today - lots of meetings and documenting the results there of. Then the SCA meeting, which I'm not planning on staying too late at. I have an appearance to make though, so I can turn over the books to the new treasurer. So, I'll be a bit late logging on this evening. Nobody panic or anything.
Tomorrow evening is that MBA picnic. I did decide to go and thanks all for the advice and suggestions. This weekend coming is the long weekend, which means Ealdormere War Practice. A very fun event to go hang out at, so I might not be online much. We'll see how the weather is, and what I feel like doing.
