Wow...

It's May. There are actually flowers starting to appear. The crocuses, irises, daffodils and tulips are telling us it's spring.

This is a good thing, even if the rain drives me nuts.

RP - go figure, there wasn't really much. I've been too busy.

IRL - I got an email from York U. telling me they received my application. I guess that qualifies as step 1. And I know I actually did send it to them. Apparently, they're going to look over it the next couple of weeks and let me know if I missed anything. I don't think I did, but we'll find out.

My Cavalier is now gone. Off to a relative for a good price.

Long live the Saturn.

And tonight is the first night of golf. Oy.

Heh. Our crocuses and tulips got done blooming in March, I think.

We hear about them, but don't see them for the most part. I've lived here for 5 years now, and I've seen 1 black widow spider and one scorpion. (Both of which got squished. Both of which I saw when I lived in a house the butted up against some woods.) I have yet to see a poisonous snake.

heh, just don't go too far south. It's barely May and 92F already. Can't wait for summer:)
