And, uh, remind me again what the e-mail was supposed to be? My memory is going downhill, but I have a faint recollection that you wanted bbpost and scene info etc...?

Yes.
I want the plot outline.
what bbposts are required, and what sort of information should be in them?
What temp characters are required?
What scenes do you need (which temp characters in each, which pcs do you want?), what is the goal of the scene ... ?
Once you know who you need for the scene, you can start to figure out when it can be played.
Keep things in chronological order, even if you can't figure out the dates.
