break ... finally

Busy day today. I talked my sore throat hoarse in a meeting. Didn't really take much though, I must say.

Bleah.

Anyway, I've been learning little things lately, so I thought I would test my knowledge.

Saturday.. I'm busy till roughly 2pm-ish, so I could make it to Ajax around 3-ish. Which would let us catch the 4-something showing. I think.

I can just see that as a horror movie... "The Killer Hairy Yoyos from Hell". And an obligatory sequel, "The Return of the Killer Hairy Yoyos from Hell."

The basic plot would be something like this: The earth is attacked by a cross between a critter and a yoyo. They'd mask themselves as regular, if fluffy, yoyos, but as soon as someone picks them up by the string and they get close to that person's hand, they turn all toothy and devour the human. The world will be saved by a superhero with scissors and an electric razor.

(Where's the SCA event, btw? Maybe I could swing by there first too. My parents intend to have guests, so I'm trying to leave the house :))
