sinjunFFXI Update - I didn't play yesterday but still .... :
v 1 dog collar off a wolf in north/south gustaberg (reward map of the gusgen mines)
v quus – use to spawn bubbly Bernie and get the steam clock(reward 500 gil) - got the quus by fishing! Done. Bubbly Bernie is dead. (Well, okay, she can respawn, but eh, who cares about that?)
v Silver Ingot (reward 2,200 gil)
v Painting of a windmill - Konschtat Highlands (reward linen robe)
v Siren's tear - North Gustaberg - reward 150 gil
v Indigested Ore (in Gusgen mines so get the map first!) Level Cap 20! reward 5000 gil and Dragon Chronicles?!
v party of 6 adventurers, level 5 or lower. (all need to talk to Izabele in metalworks first (well, I did that already), and then go to north gustaberg and talk to Hunting Bear) (Reward 500 gil)
Also Mission 1-3 ... which is in the Palborough mines as earlier mentioned.
Kill Stinging Sophie... out of sheer obstinacy at this point.
There are 10 more quests I can get started, in theory. I Need to talk to:
Bastok Mines: Pawke, Black Mud
Port Bastok: Qiji, Yazan, Ronan (!!), Evi
Bastok Markets: Marin (though I have no clue how to accomplish that quest), Horatius
Metalworks: Unlucky Rat, Baldric
Also, played a bit of puzzle pirates. Something was goofy with the navigation puzzle on the navy ship. Maybe I was away too long or something? I did end up doing some bilging for the navy and then some sailing on a pillage so that was good. Need very badly to practice navigation and bnav.
RP on SGA was good. *grins* A complex scene with folks in multiple places connected by the radios. Very nicely done. And on MoL - not so much rp, but much fun chat. ;)
Yeah, lots of fun. Can you tell? The cats got snuggles and tried to kill a dragon. Rotten things that they are. ;) Parents will arrive today. And tonight a 5km walk.
