SG1, Season 7, ep 10 "Birthright." An ep written by Christopher Judge, no less. One of the Goa'uld master types decides only boy babies will be kept and girl babies will be burned alive after birth. So some of the women start an amazon colony, trying to sneak as many of the girls off instead of burning them as they can. Course, they still need symbiotes.

It was a very fun episode, actually. Teal'c got to relax a bit. Janet got to do doctor stuff. Daniel got a young lady (too young for him!) with a crush on him. (You know, I'm sensing a trend when it comes to Dr. Jackson.) (Go figure.)
