first attempt (chocolate), worked taste wise quite well. Nice real chocolate flavour.. not really artificial. However I ended up stirring with a good stiff spatula, due to not starting to turn as I was pouring in the ingredents, the actually mixing part jambed.
Learning experiance.... have one kid turning while I pour ingredients in.
Oh ya, the consistancy is pretty good too..... about a gelato, not a store bought ice cream, but I can fix that by putting it into containers in the freezer for 1/2 hour.
