Of course not. Here I am at work, figuring out estimates for tasks to be completed, and I really just want to be working on a Solara post. *sigh*

And of course, it's a lovely sunny day outside, and I'm inside ... why wasn't I born rich?

Darn it. ;)

In other news, new dryer has arrived, even if the home depot guys didn't connect it. Bah. But that should be surmountable. I hope. ;)

In other, other news, the rest of the patio tiles should arrive today. So, that means time to carry tiles from the front to the back... joy.

RP - Fresca met a relatively new arrival to the station, Aodhain. *grins* She's got her suspicions about him, you know. She also invited him to the wedding cause he told her he'd only been on station a week and had no girlfriend. She figures he needs to meet more people. I'm pretty sure this will get him put at the table with Ross. *smiles sweetly*

AQ news - eh, didn't play yesterday. Fresca was eating my brain, so to speak. Went to bed early, and still had trouble getting out of bed to make it to work. And now it's time to go find lunch. Yes, definitely. Lunch. ;)

Well, you'll have to take the part about not being born rich up with your parents. ;)

As for the dryer, it is installed and functioning now. However, the instructions for it explicitly say that foil exhaust pipes are not optimal for it. Flexible metal or aluminum exhaust pipes are recommended.
That doesn't mean it won't work with the current exhaust though.

No sign of tiles yet - hopefully, they'll show up soon.

being born rich--yeah I have those nightmares too :o)

odd, my dryer went ka-putt as well. Sears delivered ours last Friday--J. hooked it up on the weekend. Seven loads of laundry later, I'm ready for a maid service.

Hence, we come full circle, why wan't I born rich??
