Sleep good.
So, we went to the cost. We got to a town called Lauvsnes, I think. Or something close to that anyway. The terrain changes a bit as you get to the coast. There are fewer trees, and the mountains appear more grey than green because of it. There is a chill wind, it was coming from the North, and it made me shiver. We stopped at an inn called the Zan-Z-Bar. I didn't tell Bente that the only Zanzibar I know at home is a strip club. *grins*
The food was edible and the server was flirting with Bente. He gave us free coffee though, so I suppose we shouldn't complain. :)
I fell asleep in the car on the way home. But we made it safely anyway, despite the deer that almost tried to hit the car on the way out there. Whee. At least that wasn't a moose.
Once home, we were supposed to go to Stiklestad, to see the play about Saint Olav in Norwegian. I think it probably is a good play, but I just couldn't face another car and I was worried I'd fall asleep. Arwen77 went out for a coffee with friends and he brought us back pizza for dinner. That was nice.
Then we went for a short little 2km walk. Except that Arwen77 turned left where he should have turned right and we ended up taking a 5km walk. Oops? ah well, it was nice,and the mosquitoes weren't too bad. Got home for some Emperor cake and coffee. Then friends kept calling and nagging Arwen77, so off we went to Molly's for a drink, and I got to meet a hundred more of Arwen77's friends. Some of them were extremely drunk, and there were a couple who were talking my ear off. *grins* They seem pretty nice, even if Martin did want me to play on a MUD.
So, home again to Kringla, and some rp. Whee. I've heard a rumour that tonight is dinner by a lake...
