Description: Heather Dale will perform her original Modern Celtic songs at the Spirit Quest 2004 festival in beautiful Niagara-On-The-Lake. This outdoor festival will feature a wide range of performers, craft booths and holistic therapists throughout the day, followed by an evening concert starting at 7pm.
