Sleepy Day

Magic has gone back to my Aunt Jean's so that she and Jessica (my cousin) can continue their dogsitting duties. They went camping, you see, and couldn't bring Magic along.

Anyway, still catsitting, and another cat is coming by tonight. My friend Grant's cat who is named Terry. This should prove interesting. 5 cats. *sigh* If nothing else, this is proving to me that I don't want more than three cats. Any more and it starts to get difficult to pay them all proper attention.

But for a week or two, it's okay.

In RP - Tori was in a good mood, and she and Fallon actually had a conversation where neither one got ticked off. Shocking, that. It might be the end of the world. And Cea got more depressed. Viv discovered that Di is more enterprising than she thought, since the noble hired not one but two body guards. ;) And Viv got the amusement of watching Kael and Rian sniffing each other out. *beams* That was fun, though we have to finish up that scene tonight. Hopefully I'll be able to make it to the Malkier scene tonight too, though if I'm as tired then as I am now, I'm not holding my breath.

Sheesh. I feel like Solara probably feels about now.

Either way, if it is this Thursday, there will be no military folks on hand to fight the Blight attack, not if you're coming out to dinner with us. Should be a fun time to be had by all the civilians.

Cat Question

Just want to know what you think...... we've gotten advice from a friend with 2 cats... ours does stuff like spray, leave harbails, and not poo in the litter box when we're away for more than 48 hours. She thinks 2 cats would be better (someone for company).

So, do you find your cats behave better becase they've got someone for company?

Another cat might solve the problem. I know I don't have those problems with my own cats when I leave them by themselves. You could try it, though expect it to take some time for them to adjust to each other. (I mean months, not days.)

I was execting at least weeks.... defiantly not enought time before pennsic. Heck, bailey goes out on a leash and gets into fights with other outdoor cats (and wins)....
sigh...

Well, winning fights is always interesting. I know that the monster cats seem to take turns with it, in my house. Though Taliesin is a pretty submissive kitty, so he gets the rough end of the deal more often than not.

Anyway - you might consider getting one for after Pennsic. Then you'd have it for next year. :)
