Age Lace disconnected without fully wrapping the scene. As it was, I never got an 'official' pose telling me that Rwn's link with Wyntere had indeed worked to reestabilish the barriers. I had to rather assume it. (No offence meant to either Age or Et, but I like our 'general effect spoofing' method better.)
However, if I have a say and as Acting Area Lead I'm going to hope I do (actually, I'm thinking it's time to take a far more proactive and aggressive role as Area staff in general and see how far I get) I'm going to maintain that there were enough channellers around and that Rwn got to Joran fast enough that it is only Demoiselle Square that was particularly badly hit. Maybe Brolga Park, as well. But, I think the Manor and Inn should have come through reasonably in tact. The boy may have had an Angreal, but Rwn shut him down within the first minute or two of his weaving. So, I believe the damage was fairly localized. Though, now that I think about it, she's probably got a few bruises from when he tackled her in full swinging. And from getting knocked down by a wall of water.
It is my belief that the city, though waterlogged, should be basically intact. The channellers will be sent around to dry up the water, but the strengthening of foundations, etc., that would have happened would not have been affected by the breaking of the water wards. They were a different type of power application, after all. And, as I said, the broken weaves should be fairly localized.
Thus, the girls should be okay. Well. Except for Jessa's mangled shoulder. (Yes, again. Apparently, it's a personal plot to get her to move from fighting to politics.)
Too, I think that, really, last night's flood wasn't so much meant to be a Big Plot as it was meant to be just something to stir up RP. Just like how we sometimes sent hurricanes through the Raft or Briar.

That's my best guess, anyway.
