Still Loving Yoga!
Mar. 13th, 2008 08:40 am Cause wow, does it ever leave me feeling relaxed. You could probably ask me anything right after yoga and get a yes. ;) Well, okay, maybe not /anything/ but I have had some of the most interesting conversations after yoga, that's for sure.
The plot on MoL has gotten quite interesting. LOL. Istark is sneaky - I love it! And ... now we get to kidnap others into our merry little ... non-band. Or something like that. Which is good because otherwise the world was going to end.
In other news, now that Sami's secret is out, shockingly enough, nothing has happened. It's like the biggest anticlimactic thing ever. (Well, okay, to be fair, that's probably because it was the world's worst kept secret. I think there were only 4 people in the world who didn't know.) On the other hand, things aren't quite finished there yet. Though I note that people are already going to bat for a change in Tower policies. Uhm ... yeah ... gonna need someone to be a proponent for the other side now. Or else it'll be the quickest battle ever. Not that there's any pcs to do it. *Sigh* Oh, except Shimoku, maybe. I have hopes.
I've been wondering whether I'd be better off as MoN instead of Amyrlin. Not too fond of either, truthfully, but MoN is a regularly more useful position as it at least gives folks playing students someone stable to work with. It is a position that requires a certain level of maturity, both icly and oocly, and it's not often that folks understand this going into it. The AMoN character that was created - the person can rp well enough, but ... doesn't seem to know what to do with herself after getting herself into a political uproar. It seems that's even an ooc thing, rather than ic. This does leave the poor novices in a bit of a bind. But I flat out refuse to do both those jobs, so you know, something will have to give. And I still maintain that no person filling that role is better than someone incompetent. Unless of course you can kick someone incompetent out when someone competent shows up but that isn't usually the way such things work, now is it?
