(no subject)

working from home today. Trying to do appraisal foo. *sigh* I hate appraisal foo.

But it's a necessary evil.

In other news, New Years Eve was amazing good fun. Small parties are often that good. ;) Very nice and my hosts were super wonderful.  New Years day I got to see Eve online on a 50" (I think) TV screen. Cool. Very cool. Not sure I want to play, but I might go visit sometime and fiddle with one of their spare accounts to see if I like it. Just cause it'll be nifty to give a shot. 

IN other other news, WA is not Oregon.

And oh yeah, NIN level 12. And omg but Kendra has a history. ROFL! Poor Laine may never survive.

I think I have a fan on my desktop that is trying to die. Note to self, bring that into a repair shop on Saturday and get it looked at. Maybe it just needs a cleaning... but before it kills the hd or cpu or something, I should probably do something about it. 

FFXI Question

So it's been suggested that if I like WAR I will love SAM... can I do SAM/WAR or WAR/SAM instead of NIN? Not sure I like NIN, you see.. though admittedly I've not tried it in a party yet...

Okay, that is the best vacuum cleaner ever. :) Need to figure out the little laser gate it comes with, so I can set it loose in the hall. But way cool.

I think I need to accumulate accessory gadgets for it too!
