There's still something kind of cool and creepy about mist rising off a field and pouring out over the road you're driving down, especially when you can see it doing it.

I hate sunburns.

FFXI thought - gardening is finicky. You have to be there at the right time to pick the results out of the pot or your flowers wither. Huh, kinda like real life, isn't it? *laughs* So, I missed that particular crop, darn it.

Another FFXI thought - I was told yesterday by one of the LS folks that I should concentrate on 1 crafting skill. While I do see the sense to it, sorta, I'm not sure if I care too much or if it's just fun to see how many different things I can make. And goldsmithing does seem to be the one thing that sorta works for me so far. Well, easier than the others if that makes sense? I mean, I synthesized a bronze ingot yesterday for the first time. On my second try. And raised goldsmithing another 0.1... Maybe I can make the hairpin I need for the quest after all. I know I could buy it, but ya know, it's more fun to go get the materials and then make the items needed for the quest. I was also told that smithing/goldsmithing is expensive. Is that a reason not to work on those crafting skills? I mean, I like the goldsmithing and fishing so far... Eh, I just don't know yet which one I want to raise up to 100. Or whatever the max is.

Sylvester Graham (1794-1851) said, "Those lascivious daydreams and amorous reveries in which young people - especially the idle, the voluptuous, the sendentary, and the nervous - are exceedingly apt to indulge, are often the sources of general debility, effeminacy, disordered functions, and permanent disease, and even premature death, without the actual exercise of the genital organs! Indeed, this unchastity of thought, this adultery of the mind, is the beginning of immeasurable evil to the human family."  So, in other words ... you are what you think? *chuckles*

My head is still all painful and achy from the weather - but hopefully it will be better tomorrow.

We keep seeing baby rabbits on our walks. Cheyenne I'm sure would love them. I'm just as glad she's not there to see them.

No walking today - though I'm debating if I want to go to the gym or not. I have my gym clothes, so that's a good thing. I can go if I want to.

I need a vacation.
