proudsky... I definitely like that second site better than the first one. I guess I'm not a forums type of gal. ;) I also discovered that I mucked up the grocery list quest, sort of, as I did not get my rabbit mantle. Hrmph. Well, I should get hold of one of those then, since I can actually use it.
Also - by great axe, did you mean the level 12 one? I think it was level 12? In which case, should I just stick with my sword until then? Yes, you are going to get all kinds of silly questions now. Cope.
I'm happy to see that I can actually complete some of the other quests now too. That's cool. I think just for fun I want to do them all. Wait - am I supposed to do them all?
MoL - some rp yesterday, but alas, the planned scene never occurred due to network gone for one of the key participants. But still, it was fun to pick on a certain character who shall remain nameless. For now. Mostly cause I'm trying to not give away all my alts, in case someone is reading my journal who doesn't already know. Surprises are good, right? Oh, and personal rant -- if you're playing a personal private scene, get the heck into a private room. Don't be ignorant and play in public, even if you're just playing a dinner scene. If you don't want company, stay out of public rooms. And those of you who are guilty - do not expect me to be happy with you for the next while. /end rant.
Not that it matters, since the guilty parties so far as I know do not read my lj. But I feel better now.
Note to self - I need to update my rp101 files on Odyssey with this little gem of advice too.
We're walking 8km this evening, and then I'm going to try puzzle pirates again. If nothing else, I need to practice navigating and try to get it somewhere reasonable. Cause right now - ow, I suck.
In other news, the plans for this weekend:
tonight, 8km walk, Puzzle Pirates.
Tomorrow - errands, gym, dinner out and Pirates of the Caribbean - then perhaps rp on MoL
Sunday - 4km walk, wedding shower, dinner with Mom! and then perhaps FFXI once more.
Yeah, it's a scary busy time for the next cuple of weeks. Go figure.
